There is a Kydex Cheek Rest/Pad from M-Carbo for the KSG. Has anyone heard of a similar one for the KS7? M-Carbo says the KSG one will not fit the KS7. I like the idea of being able to "snap" this on/off cleanly versus a sticky neoprene pad.

Thanks - that is what I have been finding as well. The one from hitech looks like it is held on with Velco so maybe. I just don't want the factory stock getting gummed up with adhesive if I need to remove it or it wear out.

If someone comes up with a non-adhesive cheek pad for the KS7 I would probably buy it. I am kinda against adhesive for the same reason as Blue Sky, but having a metal-to-face contact point on a 12 gauge shotgun weighing less than 6 pounds isn't ideal in my book.

Most people I know who bought the cheek rest never use it.

Yeah between my strokek and my right side dental work I definitely will need a cheap piece of some sort. And the short term I just won't be able to put cheek to shotgun.
