So does that "USN" Kabar fit in the Bayonet sheath pictured?

sorry for not putting in a price the first time around. I'm asking $50.

I've been looking for a Griptilian. Too bad it's not serrated or I'd jump on it. Do these prices including shipping?

  7. Is that an older Ka-Bar?  Or recent production with the Kydex sheath?

lynx-I'll let you know if it's still available next week

Redhat-I would sell it for $50 shipped CONUS. It's the D2 steel blade version.

Nu-its definitely an older version, but the sheath is plastic

    It's not a bayonet sheath.
It's a USN Mk 2 gray fiber sheath made specifically for the USN Mark 2 Kay-bar type knife.

There was also a USN Mk 1 fiber sheath made for the smaller Mk I 5 1/8 "shark" knifes.

They came about during WWII when the typical leather sheaths then in use suffered greatly from jungle rot in the south pacific.
