In my area of New Mexico you can find them. I have not seem a hard chrome though.

Kel-Tec shipped a big batch of Hard Chrome P-3ATs a few weeks back. CDNN claimed they received 12 and sold them immediately for $249.99 each. Several recent gunshows have had some. JAWAG but I suspect Kel-Tec shipped all their unassembled slides out for plating while they were on the two-week break over the end of the year. Don’t be surprised if they suddenly become scarce again until next year.

I saw a few hard chromes at the show last weekend in San Antonio... more than ususal. :-/
