Kel-Tec Factory Service

    I just bought a used P3at. Took it to the range and blew thru 100 rds. Worked like a champ! But, when I got home and field stripped it to clean it. I noticed the ejector springs were out-of-round and looked a little "sprung".
    I did not want to buy an entire kit that has all of the springs in it from the factory, so I sent an email asking if I could just purchase the two springs. Low and behold. An email and a couple of days later, the springs arrived in my mailbox. NO CHARGE!!
    How could any company have this great of Customer Service? Can't say enough about the products or the execellent customer service.

    welcome to KTOG.
    Even if you had bought them, they are only about $1. Much better than the $8 or so for "custom"

    Hi,

    Welcome to the KTOG P3AT BB. Your experience mirrors mine with Kel-Tec dealing with the P3AT. I think Kel-Tec excels at this type of customer service as it's never taken me more than a few days to get a part through the mail. ;)
