Just picked up my Glock 17 style Sub 2000... got it for $399 with free shipping on Gunbroker.

2 or 3 of the screws appear to have very light surface rust... anyone else experience this?

not a major problem

It is likely the gun was stored in a damp place. If it were mine, I would use some rust buster on the screws then, use touch up paint. You can replace the screws at a later time if it bothers you.
I would shoot and enjoy.

What boo said. Clean her up and shoot the dang thang. If it was me I might replace the offending hardware with SS if it can be found if it continues to be an issue. Not all hardware is the same and some tends to be more susceptible to corrosion.
