I sent the following email to KT this afternoon:

"I went and did it, lost the guide rod SOMEWHERE in my wife's junk room, which unfortunately is also my "gun shop". Never lost one for my other KTs,but it had to happen just when I'm trying to break the new one in. Would y'all be so kind as to send me a replacement rod for my new P3AT?
What is the preferred form of payment; check, credit card, paypal, or ?"

Their response later this afternoon:

"Your parts will be mailed out tomorrow in the US mail. Thanks.
no charge"

What more could anyone ask of these folks?  They're the best!

I did some thing similar about a year ago with my G1 P32. I took the slide out to my garage to use an spray cleaner. I lost the part with the hole the guide rod goes through (#209?) The wife and I looked for about an hour with no luck. I called KT the next day and they sent it out, I told them what happened and offered to pay but they sent it free. This kind of service is why I own 3 KT's now.
