Local gun shop has one pretty cool but..........most of the info I have found indicates very dirt sensitive. So what are your real experiences, 3 mags starts acting up.....I have ten bazillion rounds through it and never clean it...
There is a spot for the CMR in my safe but not if she needs to be cleaned in the field after a few mags just to keep running.

I think it depends on the individual rifle.. I have 2 and one can go around 200-300 rounds and the it starts gumming up the bolt.. A swab with a Qtip and a drop of oil or two on the bolt and it's good to go for another couple hundred rounds.. The other one can probably go all day and never need anything as it just runs and runs.. Now this is using Hornady 30gr v-max, Armscorp USA, CCI maxi mag.. With a suppressor both will get gummy after 3-4 magazines.. Second One will still run without cleaning but is pretty gummy..

Thanks for your response. From the lack of other replies it appears she's needs to be cleaned often. Anyone tried frog lube on this gun? Giving it a Try on two guns, mini14 300 BO and a single nine. Initial results look good. The single nine seems to stay a bit cleaner and comes clean with a rag. Even using Armscor ammo which I have found to be the dirtiest 22 mag ammo that I have ever used.
