It's located in stores next to The Best Firearm, The Best Ammo, The Best Soda, The Best Beer, The Best Knife, etc. etc. etc. Entirely too subjective to answer without having any specifics for your criteria. There is no universal "best" anything that suits everyone for every occasion. "Best" depends entirely upon what YOU need and want from a holster.
Do you prefer IWB? OWB? AIWB? Leather? Kydex? Nylon? Open carry? Concealed? etc. etc. etc.
