Got back ksg from keltec with major over hall. They changed rear receiver and now can't get through two rounds without total lock up. It will not rack or move at all and shell has a inch sticking out chamber. And safety won't work, making me think trigger dropped.

After work done buy keltec, I couldn't disassemble it. Rear receiver will not come off like before. I can't mail a loaded gun to them, so I'm stuck.

The extractor is only spring-loaded onto the rim of the shell.
You should be able to hook it with a paperclip and release it's grip on the shell and move the bolt back if the bolt is not jammed.
With the bolt held all the way back, a 1/2" wooden dowel in the barrel bumped on the floor should free the stuck shell.

You may want to read the thread about smoothing the chamber after you get it apart. It has helped a lot of people.

On the ammo new out of the box not cheap shells.
I don't think it's the chamber, because it has been properly broken in.
I think it's the plastic the bolt rides in that completely jammed it. It will not budge in or out. And I'm in construction, so decent pressure is being applied. It ran perfect until plastic started falling out, but then keltec fixed it or not. Thanks for info, I'll try later.

If the slide and bolt are jammed and not the shell, you will have to use a small punch and hammer to drive out the assembly pins to relieve the stress.
You should first release the shell from the bolt and slide it into the chamber.
Without the assembly pins, it cannot stay together.

Finally got shell out of chamber. It had cuts and a bent portion. I'm thinking that's how the rails that holds bolt broke last time. They must not have shot it after because it did the same thing last time it broke. They changed the back of receiver last time. I'm not sure where it's cutting into shells but I got pics of damage. Sent it off so we will see.
