something is wrong with your gun. the problem description does not ring a bell with me, but some of the bigger fish will probably chime in on this thread. if it comes to it you can always send it to KT and have them warranty fix it for yu. imo, under no circumstances should you "live with it" and have a carry piece that only goes bang if you pull the trigger in a certain way. your life is worth more than that.
