Two things I have found after shooting almost 2000 rounds, sent my Gun back to Keltec, and still had issues.

1. Gun is more reliable when shooting jacketed smooth rounds. CCI maxi-mag hp, do not work reliably.

2. Polish the block and barrel. Make sure the barrel moves smoothly when slide is locked open.

These two things has made my pistol 100%. Happy shooting

Has anyone tried the fix via youtube? Adding a small thin bead of polymer under mag catch lug? Supposed to hold mag further up and reduce or eliminate reliability issues.

IMO that does nothing. The mag sits where it does for a reason - it was designed that way.
