Is there something like the Hogue grip sleeve available for the P-3AT?

Get the energy absorbing grip pads AND the grip sleeve. Sprinter1 (a member here) sells these as well as a bad-a plating.

Yes, the Hogue Handall Jr.. I used the Hogue but had slippage problems - which I understand from others can be dealt with. I switched to Sprinter1's grips and pads (see above post) and prefer them over the Hogue. Both my P3ATs wear pads and grips from Sprinter1.

    Take care...

I still have my Hogue Hand-All Jr, but it slides around on the grip way too much. I bought Sprinter's recoil-reducing pads and it solved that problem. Had I not owned the Hogue already, I'd have bought his slip on grip cover as well.

If you don't mind spending a little more, try the Brooks Tactical A-Grip. I really like mine and it covers all the sharp edges of the grip and gives me more control.
