Some, myself included, have found that the Hogue HandAll Juniors work better if installed UPSIDEDOWN.
They come further up the back strap that way and you have to cut off less at the bottom.

Slip-On Grips for the Kel-Tec P-3AT

Hogue, Pachmayr, Glaser, and Butler Creek (Uncle Mike's) make slip-on grips that fit the P-3AT. They are all a bit different. Some may need trimming. AGRIP makes a pre-cut stick-on grip.

Hogue HandAll, Jr
These have finger grooves, are thinner at the front and back straps, have slight palm swells, and are textured on the sides.

Pachmayr, Model 4
These have finger grooves, are the same thickness all around, and are textured all over.

Glaser (a forum member)
These have no finger grooves, are the same thickness all around, and are smooth all over.

Butler Creek (Uncle Mike's), Small
These have no finger grooves, the same thickness all around and a bit thinner than Glaser and Pachmayr, and are textured on the sides.

Or you can make your own:
One good thing about doing it this way is that the material is thin and you can experiment by trying a different number of layers. Some bike tubes have ribbed areas, so you can make a ribbed or smooth grip.
I got a couple of tubes free - went to a local bike shop and asked for any bad ones they were throwing away.

Magazine Finger Extension Base Plates for the Kel-Tec P-3AT:

The NAA style extensions must be modified slightly.
Instructions: http://www.geocities.com/PocketGuns/P32ext.html
The Bersa (smooth) and Scherer (textured) style extensions need no modifications.
Another option is the Kel-Tec 1-Round Magazine Extension which extends the magazine and also allows loading an extra round.

Thanks for the great relies, Bobo. Could we get this thread stickied? I've been trying to find out about the grip options for my P3AT, and this thread answered all of my questions. :D

I agree with PshootR. The hand all jr. works better upside down. It also gives you more room for you middle finger between the trigger guard and the notch on the grip.

First of all ....
Venturer. Glad to have you here.

I had a Hogue on one of mine...(I just got my second P3AT...just wanted to say "ONE of mine!") and found that the tacky rubber hindered the removal of the gun from my back pocket.

I do like the Bersa Base (Part #48 )
http://www.bersafirearmsusa.com/parts_380lt_sat.php

I have a NAA base, but do not like the length.

I think it will be you hand size, how you hold the gun, etc... that will determine what you like most.

Again... glad for you to be here, and I hope you feel
