I searched but didn't come up with anything. Most problems are with getting the bolt back in but I have a lot of trouble getting it to drop out. It will not just fall out. And no, the stock pin is not blocking the tube. Anybody else have this problem?

Are you saying you've never got it to come out, or that it is just difficult?

It will happen every time you shoot it, and the holes will get longer and longer. Eventually KT will have to give you a new gun. All that because they won't fix the problem.
Not my experience. I have smoothed the holes on a half-dozen or so, and the problem was solved. Most that I have worked on never had the problem.

DTR, I have a gen1 s2k in .40 with a can on it, and was thinking about getting the heavy bolt to take some of the extra stress put on the gun from the increase in back pressure caused by the can. I am just a little concerned about the metal the heavy bolt is made of, seems like kind of weak metal compaired to steel. But if you have had good luck with the heavy bolt, I will go ahead and get one.
