I have a gen 1 S2K and would like to put the KelTec quad rail on it for the purpose of using 45° offset picatinny mounts in conjunction with a red dot sight. Does anyone know if this would work and still allow the rifle to fold and lock?

Yes. All four rails are centered on the barrel.
