Forgive me if this has been covered, but I couldn't make the right combo or words produce the results in the search.



Can a first gen Sub2k front site be switched with one from the 2nd gen guns? Anyone done it and have a picture? Thanks!

I believe the easiest route would be to get the sight that Red Lion makes to replace the gen 1 front sight.

The gen 2 sight appears to thread onto the barrel while the gen 1 sight is a polymer/plastic sight with a metal internal sleeve that is held on with some sort of locktite compound. Unless you were to thread your barrel. I just ordered the RLP sight for my gen 1. He's only got the ones with the picatinny rail on the bottom at the moment.
