Um...makes it lighter and moves the balance point slightly rearward? Welcome to the KTOG forum. What model SU-16 do you have?

Welcome and I installed a Red Lion for end on mine recently. Adds a little weight, but the only part of my 16c that I didn't like was the bipod. See the thread "thought on rear pin". That is the only other mod on mine.
