In larger calibers these are  supposed to be good for game and I'd suspect a better wound channel but with less penetration than AE FMJ & more penetration than GDs or DPX but less expanstion.

Wud ya think?

Not sure they are any better than a fmj in this small caliber. The theory sounds good, like the ol wadcutter days. I will take the dpx for it turns grapefruit into a "concentrate" real fast, no juicing required ;D
