Well after 4 1/2 years my 1st. generation little buddy let me down. I was pumping rounds through it yesterday when the trigger quit working. After a closer look, I saw that the hammer block pin had walked out. I called KT and asked about getting a new grip with hammer block installed. The guy I talked to recommended sending the whole gun back due to it's age so it could be repaired and test fired. So I figured I'd send it back in the hopes of getting it back with the new trigger mod. At least I've still got the P-11 & PF-9 to keep me company. :)

Does your Gen 1 have the lifetime warranty, or was it shorter for the older guns?

They all have lifetime warranties, the generation doesn't matter.
