Just received my extended barrel and see it is fluted. I thought the fluted barrel had a tendency to key hole or does that only pertain to the stock barrel? Is the twist rate the same as stock barrel?

The old standard length fluted barrel had issues, but the new longer & threaded barrel does not.
I don't know what the ROT is.

I don't know the twist rate either, but I have had one since they first came out and big improvement. Takes more ammo without issue, although still shoots Hornady CD best.
