I carry a poly80 glock 17 with frame cut down to glock 19 size iwb. I carry lcpii 22lr with tandemkross wingman plus 4 mag base plates when in gym shorts. I recently picked up an advantage arms 22lr conversion kit for range practice.
My p17s haven't seen much use. I have 2 of them that will be soon put on the chopping block. I love them but the lcr, lcpii and advantage arms 22lr kit have taken thier place.

I love my G35 with conversion 9mm ported barrel. 0 recoil and shoots like a Lazer
Unused pistols go in (obviously secured) locations in your house for home defense backups until they’re needed elsewhere, in my opinion.

Tisas Beretta 84 clone is my EDC now
I always carry, period. But I absolutely hate having weight bearing on my hips in a belt. So I carry off body. My everyday EDC was over the years (in order starting 50 years ago), Browning Hi-Power, 1911 in various flavors, S&W M&P 9c and still is the 9c. But now I go to the gym and still carry. How? I won't leave valuables in the car or the gym locker so that means I bring them with me onto the gym floor. I decided on a cheap fanny pack to test the concept. It works and I can see me sticking with it. I also considered a one strap slung pack. But I also sling the fanny pack cross body.
The pocket looking at you on the front left side is the perfect size to hold a SIG 938. So at the gym that's what I carry along with the ear buds to listen to my music, the phone to play the music, wallet, money clip, keys, small water bottle, yada, yada (too much "stuff"). But the pocket for the SIG holds only the SIG and nothing else. I need to get a "holster" made to prevent the gun from wearing through the fabric of the pack and to cover the trigger. It'll never print even w/o the holster.
When we are going to spend lots of time in the auto (in state) I've been known to bring along home defense away from home. Today that means a 10" 300BLK AR handgun with a 30 round mag. Our state law prohibits mags inserted in rifles, but since it's a handgun (despite it's looks) it's OK. Will a LEO know that it's a handgun? They had better to prevent misunderstandings since they wear blue. It wore an arm brace up 'til a month ago, but that's been done away with.
I'm presently serving on a Grand Jury and I can't do anything about the following (I wish I could), I'm not allowed to carry in the courthouse. Ticks me off, but it is what it is.

Hmmm... most fun? Hard to say. Like picking a favorite child. But most recently, I'd have to say my Shockwave, which was a surprise gift from wifey. It's a hoot!

Also fun, but I haven't quite got it set up to make it "just right" is the Sub2K I also got as a surprise from wifey! I need to figure out a way to get a good sight picture. Rear sight is way too low.

EDC for many years was a Glock 27. But recently, I built out a Polymer80 PFC9 (factory serialized frame) for my new EDC. Blacked out except the red fiber-optic front sight.

Shame. That P80 build looks pretty nice! I just built this one. One session at the range, so far. Overall successful with a few FTF (3 out of 130 shots). Pretty sure I've got those bugs worked out. Yeah... they had a frame for the regular 43... I've got one, but unbuilt as of yet.
Right now, the ONLY frames being put out by Polymer80 are the serialized 100% frames and the new A T F compliant "bridge" or "76%" frames, which are limited to only black G19 size. And everyone who got one is having a fit with the additional block or "obstructions" placed in the trigger housing pocket area. So, the only real hope for P80 at this point is if they are able to defeat the new A T F rule. 80% Arms - producer of the GST-9 frame got an injunction against the new rule, and so they are able to still sell their frame as is.
Luckily, I bought a bunch of the original 80% P80 frames before the unconstitutional edict was activated. So, I've got enough to keep me busy for a while. If you're interested in a dedicated gun building forum:
