i have done the gun kote to several several kt slides...sand blast..preheat..spray...bake...it takes about 4 hours total...it has been a couple years since my first one, and it is still holding up..i got the "silver" that is close in hard chrome color....if you don't like it or it comes out bad the first time, just sand blast and go again...one can for $30 will last a life time...gpr

Here’s a $100 P-3AT that was refinished in a “Brushed Stainless” color of Gun Kote (the camera gave it a bit more blue cast than the actual color). Later it was sent to Kel-Ted for warranty work and was logged in on the Repair Work Order as being Hard Chrome ;D ;D



Wilson - who’s wondering if he should mention that he didn’t do the refinishing :-X
