I am going to order one but what is the difference? Some dealers do not specify.

I could be wrong but I don`t think there is a difference. Call Kel-Tec and they can say for sure. I can tell you one thing, they are real close to being a total waist of money, but I had to try one myself to find out. :-/

I carry on the clip and love it. Some do, some don't. I am pretty sure there is no difference between the 1st and 2nd gen clips as the grip is the same and that is where it attaches.

I did have a problem with my 1st P32 clip. It was just enough off that it snaped when tightening it up. The free replacement form Kel-Tec went right on.
