Cutting up my hand on scope mount when fondling charging handle

As you can see, it sucks. I love the quick disconnect and I want to keep that option. Is there other scope mounts that you all recommend that is slim as a beautiful women?

Reversing the screws and nuts won't work? I move the big nuts or quick release levers to the side opposite the charging handle. You may need to swap to some lower profile fasteners. Worst case, you may need to modify a mount but that's hard to do on anodized aluminum while not looking like a kludge.

I never thought of that. I will give that a try

I had the same issue and just swapped the charging handle to the other side. That doesn't really answer your specific question but it would be the cheapest option.

Flip the mount so that the nuts are on the other side.

Being right handed I always want my charging handle on the left, yeah, I know some guns are opposite with no option.

Assuming you want it on the left as it is, there is black electrical tape or a new mount. I would dislike the ugly tape option and would opt for a new mount, but that's me. Yeah, it'll cost something.

It looks like I have to get a new mount. I have a Kinect quick disconnect mount which is awesome, but its heavy as gold. Costs as much as gold too...

if it can't be reversed, and you want an inexpensive fix, you can probably find some thin, flat nuts and replacement bolts that will get it 95% out of the way, may need to paint them black yourself to match though .. $5 fix or so?

If you don't care what it looks like, it probably works fine 180 flip the whole mount.
