Seen one sat for 1388 at the gun show. I was shocked. only the 2nd one I have seen for sale
Since I know you personally and have no doubt that was the price, I have to ask: Was that new or used?

That seems way low for new. I'd definitely be in the market for another new one at 1400, and a well used one at much less, even a problem gun as a test bed for a project.

That said, I will probably jump on any new one I see at $1500 or under, not that I have been looking.

With the current political climate, $1600 may turn out to be a super bargain.

It was brand new. I was shocked they had one and at the price. I'm still kicking my tail for not picking it up. I have been trying to find out which dealer had it so I can try and call them. If I hadn't just spent more then that to fix my truck then I would have had the money to buy it. You know I really enjoyed shooting yours. Plus suppressors finally came legal a few months ago.

they are all over gun broker for under 1500
My experience on GB is there usually is a lot of bid flurry right before the bid closes. And the actual closing bid is almost always significantly higher than the opening bid, if it started at a reasonable price. There are approximately 10 listed with a minimum bid requirement of $1400 or lower that close out tomorrow with no bids yet.

That said, I put my money where my mouth is and placed a firm bid on a carbine, so we will see.

After submitting the bid, I did note Hunters (24 inch barrels), especially green, generally had lower minimum bid requirements (not sure why), but I was thinking carbine and didn't even look at them.

I won't be back online until well after the bid closes tomorrow (work day), and don't have any interest in bumping up to the next $25 increment.

On the plus side I may have another RFB to add to the collection, at what I consider a reasonable price. That means the market price will tank 50% next week

If those prices hold on GB, I'd say a well cared for used one is only worth in the $1100 range at most, unless it came with a lot of meaningful extra goodies. Then again, I'm not a trader.

thanks again guys,
Mine is a black 18" pretty much LNIB
There is maybe 100-120 rounds thru it
I set it to Keltec several months ago, I was having cycling problems that I suspect was ammo related. They replaced the gas piston. I test fired it and it 100%

I'll probably put it up locally in a couple weeks

Prices

I got two (18" Carbine models) from Gunbroker; one in for $1,379.00 (oneclickshooting) and the second one for $1,299.00 (littlecrowsports).

I didn't mess around with the bidding process, I just filtered on those that had the "buy now" option.

FYI - a lot of them have the buy now price for cash. If you want to pay by credit card they add 3% to 4%. Still you're only looking at an additional $41.37 on one and $51.96 on the other.

So totals (counting the shipping to my FFL of $20.00 to $25.00)

So my totals using my CC were:
$1,445.37 and $1,376.99

I got mine at a local gun store after seeing they were selling a couple on Gunbroker. $1399, same as their advertised buy it now price. Of course the sticker said $1599, but then was marked the other price on the back of the tag.
