I an thinkin of getting a P3AT. On Kel-Tec website, their dealer price lists at $324.00 for a blued gun and $382 for HC. Can any of you share with me your dealer cost? I would like to have an indication of how various dealer prices relate to the dealer price list on Kel-Tec's web site. It will give me an indication of whether or not I find a bargain or someone is charging too much.

    Thanks

CDNN search didn't come up with anything. Maybe I did a wrong search. Won't be the first time. But the prices you have shared gives me some insight. I know costs may be up right now with the high gas prices. So I will keep that in mind. I have one dealer who carries a few and one who will order for me.

About two weeks ago I paid $260.00 at a local dealer, plus sales tax.

It is my understanding that if you buy one through an Internet Gun Dealer, the gun will have to be shipped to a local dealer who will charge you a fee for whatever he/she has to do. A friend of mine in Texas had to pay $60 to the only gun dealer in the small town in which he lived.

Thanks. I have a local dealer who carries some, but doesn't stock too many. Another dealer who is a persona friend of mine and he will order for me at his cost. I have conducted funerals for various members of his family and friends. From that we developed a friendship. I just wanted to know about what I am looking at. I have to save my money. Now I know that I almost have enough to get one. I will probably have my friend order it if the other dealer doesn't have one or if he is too high on his price.

Old Bill, what state do you live in if you don't mind telling me.

I know the cost of gas has driven everything up. Sounds like it is working on gun prices as well. But, then you can't take it with you might as well enjoy it now. And, my grandson would rather have the P3AT than the money. My kind of boy!

I guess, never figured on pay more for a gun because of the price of gas. But you are probably right.

Oklahoma...where the wind comes sweeping down the plains, etc. etc. etc! ;)

Actually, the daily wind gales sweep up (and not down) from the state of Texas...resulting in most trees leaning to the North! ::) ::)

Did some checking at some local dealers. Some of you guys got great bargains. However, gun dealers here are a little high. Some feel it is because of the military base. We will be traveling in July, heading out to Kentucky. There are a couple of dealers in NC that I will go by on the way. I will check with them as well. Ain't no big hurry if I can save enough to buy a few boxes of ammo.

Hope all have a great weekend. Hope to get to the range either tomorrow or Saturday.
