I was carrying my S2K in a briefcase, but I was going to add a red dot, and I didn't like the way it fit, so after researching possible carrying options, I decided to throw down on the Copper Basin Ruger 10/22 takedown backpack, on Amazon for $84.99. It works perfectly, I end up with the forend pocket empty, but it doesn't matter, I'll eventually find more junk to fit in there. Here's some pictures.

Been to the range a couple of times and I really like this. One of the features is that it unzips all the way And lays flat and you can use it as a range mat. The outer pocket holds 3 boxes of ammo easily and there are other pockets for all the other stuff I carry . The only pocket unused is the one originally intended for the ruger takedown barrel, not sure what I'm going to use that for. ?......
