1/4" O.D. x 1/4", .115 I.D. hardened nylon spacer.
Cut and trim to size with dremel.
Install.
Shoot.

1 spacer makes 3-4 washers depending how good you are with a dremel, and cost me $0.13 at my local true value. Helps with the opening of the hole and centers the guide rod, at least so far.

125 rounds and counting.

Nope. Was good as is, nice snug but not tight fit.

I'm was wondering then, has KT changed the OD of the guide rods?

My guide rod is 0.133" OD. And it would not pass through a 0.125" OD spacer. I had to use a #39 drill to open it up a little. If you can, please let us know as this would be a significant change.

With the smaller OD rod, bigger springs could be installed ;D
