I am having as issue with my belt clip screw coming loose after about 25 shots, loose to the point of almost falling out. i know that the vibration from shooting will cause a screw to come out, but my question is, what does everyone else use to hold it in? ive thought loc-tite, or a very small amount of teflon tape. any suggestions?

BLUE [not red] Loctite.

I used just a dab of blue Lock-Tite on my P11. You may have to use a hair dryer or something to soften it up when you remove it.

Screw loosening.

Ditto. Blue loctite, and hottest setting on hair drier to remove. Needle and patience to clean threads after removal. ;D
