So I finally got my RFB after waiting months, (thanks covid and California compliance) went to put my small quad rail accessory on and saw that the top rails didn't line up, the accessory quad rail is slightly rotated to the rt by about 1/8 of an inch. It seems like the barrel is slightly aligned off center, there is a channel in the accessory threads that a set screw goes into to set the quad rail from rotating and keep it centered. The pic isn't great but you can see that it's offset from the centerline of the grip, I couldn't get a better pic. I really don't want to send it back to have it fixed, would this be something I could fix myself?

I would only trust a trained gunsmith with bending a barrel, but it's possible that your quad rail and the mounting point are the ones that are off center. In either case, I think that it's best to contact Kel-Tec directly and see what they say.

Yup..Its the Quadrail..Not the barrel

Theres a circular piece on the back of the quadrail you use to center it.
