Hello,

Anybody know how to talk to a human at Kel-Tec Support?

I bought a new RFB and the magazine pops out after each shot.

The top, upper right tab on the magazine is chipped away.

I've called KT and called KT.
I enter the 4, then the 3, and all I ever get is beep beep, beep beep...

I've got a single shot (worthless) RFB because it shipped with one thermold mag that was defective.

If I had received two magazines with the $ 1,500 RFB I would still be able to shoot it.

These thermold mags are only $ 15 retail. But I can't get them here in Colorado.

So I need to look at my RFB and not shoot it while I hope one day KT will answer their phone and sort out this new junk magazine.

Best I can tell you is to call Kel Tec first thing 9am sharp in the morning. People seem to have the best luck then.

In the mean-time...you can't find any metric FAL mags at all in Colorado? Look around, someone has to have them.

I'm in Colorado so I can't buy magazines here due to the 15 round limit.

As soon as they put in the first stop sign it's time to move.
Once the camel gets it's nose under the tent...
15 round limits don't save any lives.
Etc.

20 round Thermold magazines are just under $ 14.

10 round magazines are $ 34+ shipping.

Asinine.

Wish I had the skills I'd 3d print my own damn magazines.

You bought the rifle and it has a magazine...correct? Did you buy it out of state? From Gunbroker.com? Or something like that?

I can't figure out how your rifle came with a mag that you can't buy in your state??? Or is it just the price of a 15 round mag?

OP, I recently called KT tech support with a question about the unicorn suppressor piston, as my suppressor is soon to be out of jail. I immediately was able to contact a gentleman named Nick with whom I had an informative conversation. Many on this forum know the Nick person that I mention. That's the most recent and only conversation I've had with KT in some time. I've had quite a few KT products over the years, and I've probably had to call maybe two times in the past. I was able to talk to someone in those cases each time with beneficial results. I'm the last person to say KT is in any way perfect. They really chap my rear sometimes in the way they roll out product and development.
