Any one know this ammo Triton 380 JHP

I was given a loose bag of 20 round of .380 ammo with no info on it. It is very clean and shinny. It looks like nickle cassings it is stamped Triton 380 . It is a JHP.

Ring a bell with anyone?

Thanks for the help... I think it may be super vel but I don't know.....

I have a lot of trust in KTOG. org and most of you folks (we do get the odd B.S.'er) so most likly I will give it to someone I realy hate a whole lot amd make them sign a release first.

I did read the links that were posted and did some Googling myself. Strange.... The negative postings (found Zero positve) are from 2004,05,06, and 07... Nothing from late 07 on???????

Also nothing on how this ammo held up on the millatery contracts they got ???

And the complents stated head stamped A-mrec... Not triton..... Big deal I can shot it and take my hand off if I'm wrong.....

If this stuff is so bad, instaed if banning guns to stop them from going to Mexico, lets just give big discounts on this allready cheep ammo to Mexican bad guys.

Strange things is most dealers claming to sell it are out of stock.

Good thing I'm not to hard up for ammo.

But if I get to the piont that I need this stuff I'm assuming it is OK for slig shot usadge? ;D

Should I be strange and Post it for sale or trade in the trading post section????? Maybe.......

Wish I had read this post before I bought two boxes of A-merc. Of course because of the shortage that was all I was able to find. I did shoot twelve rounds without any problems. Hopefully, my backorder from Cabelas will come soon and I will never have to use this stuff.

I have not seen any in 380 but I did buy some 40 from gander mountian a few years back and still have some. Maybe I got a good batch because it shoots good, it's clean and it was at a good price. I would buy some more without worry
