Here is the .380 load I make for my P3AT.
90 grain Hornady XTP, 3.35 grains of Alliant Red Dot, Remington 1 1/2 primer, Over All Length @ .965"
Formed by Lee carbide die's and the Lee Factory crimp die.
Shoots out the P-3AT @ 948 feet per second Av. With Zero over pressure signs with 100% function with this load @ 120 rounds shot so far. The gun has 400+ rounds total through it, so it's well broke in.
The test was with water jug's packed with soaked news paper and flooded, shot @ 10 feet from the muzzle.
The 90 grain Hornady XTP went 15" into the jug's @ 959 feet per second and expanded evenly to .493"
Also I sent a 90 grain Speer Gold Dot in new jugs and it went 12" into them @ 984 feet per second and expanded evenly to .497"
