LOL...the heavy trigger isn't a "problem" in Kel Tec's eyes. Or even most of us that own them. It's a vital part of the overall safety of super small, lightweight pistols.

I wouldn't WANT a striker fired pistol in my pocket...or hanging by just a belt clip. And I don't want to deal with most safeties I've seen. Also, I don't want a little pocket pistol any heavier...larger...or more expensive.

Just my opinions.

Kel Tec won't do it (my humble opinion). They have their "hedgehog" business model going with their handguns. They do one thing (minimalistic, reliable, lightweight, hammer fired handguns), and they do it very well, & better than anyone else.

The new LCP II has a glock-like trigger and a much lighter pull I hear. Since the LCP is a direct rip-off copy of the P3AT, I think Kel Tec should rip-off in kind and produce a similar pistol. I don't need the mag hold open though, keep it skinny and simple. And don't forget the belt clip!

I figured a striker fired P-11 or PF-9 would draw a lot more females to the pistol due to the easier trigger pull.

If they do produce such a thing, they ought to make sure not to change the external dimensions. Half of the buzz about the LC9S when it first came out was a "better" version of a gun you already like that fits in holsters you already own.

PF9 has a lighter pull, at least the one I shot, compared to my P11. Draw length was about the same. I do prefer the single stack design of it.

That new skinny Glock is right up many female's alley. Mine has a G19 she likes, but not for summer carry...so she has my .32 ACP Tomcat in the summer for primary carry (which I do not feel comfortable with, yet beats no arm). I plan to buy her that G43? once we both fire the thing.

I would be happy to see the P11 get the PF9 trigger and a rail. That seems like something more realistic and a pretty easy improvement.

I'm seriously considering a P11 for winter carry instead of my Pf9, if they had the same trigger there would be no question.

I will be working on a rail for the P11 as soon as my parts show up.
