I gave this 870 to my daughter several years ago. For her birthday I asked if she would like it finished in Kansas State colors using Duracoat for her birthday. She was thrilled! This old beast had to have something done as blueing was gone and steel was starting to pit. Here are a few pics I took of the project. This is my first Duracoat project but I have completed several Durabake projects in the past. I am lucky enough to have contact with the 'retired' gunsmith and re-finisher Goldenloki (aka Don) and got a few tips before starting...
