Really do not see how this could work with out extensive reworking. Pretty sure this is a no go.

I don't think the PMR would be able to withstand the higher pressure and increased recoil if it was even possible geometrically. Just buy a RIA 22TCM if you want to launch 40 grain at 2000 fps out of a five inch barrel.

I just had to Google and see what the heck is a RIA 22TCM ..thanks now that's on my "to get list" lol..
