Just wanted to throw this out there. I looked for an appropriate threat to jump in on for this, but I just didn't think it fit the ones I reviewed.

Having waited 14 months for my Gen 2 G19 FDE, I was ready to jump on the mods right away. With 200 rounds down range within days, I did the Shrink tube on the trigger, after a quick filing of the sharp tip; added Tacticool's rubber receiver cover; and installed a home made bolt handle cover.

While waiting patiently for my new toy, I had watched a YouTube video "Kel-Tec Sub2000 Weapon Mounted Magazine Carrier" by Psycareyo. My Blackhawk double stack single mag case arrived this morning; had to jump on it right away of course. I was easy and turned out very stable. The color is off, but there are so many variation of FDE out there. I may switch it out to a black one.; just want to put some lead down range to see how this holds up before moving on that one.

By the way, this unit fits well into a Bore Stores 18" x 10 " pistol sock. Makes for a nice home when carrying my new toy in another pack.

Nice work!
You can add more rounds if you use glock 33 round mags=66+1 in chamber. Also, if you had the now discontinued butt stock mag holder, you can add 17 to that number for 83+1. In your case of G-19 grip you could have 33+15+1=49.

Where csn I purchase the mag holder?
The mag holder in the photo is made by Blackhawk and is still available. Some modification is necessary. Read the first page of this thread. But I must admit I wasn't comfortable with hanging a 33 rounder in it. I just didn't think there was enough friction in the holder to hold it under severe movement. And I was happy enough with 60 rounds of 40 S&W in 4 mags.

Thanks. But 1 in the Chamber? Ahhh, no. . . .

I was also concerned that the mag case would no hold the mag well enough. But after receiving the unit, I found that the friction spring has plenty of holding power to keep the mag in place, even with rough shaking.
