Has anyone done a trigger polish on their .380? I have done the .25 trigger job on all my Glocks and it helped a lot. I am wondering if anyone has done anything to make the trigger pull better, without replacing everything.
So I decided to take my 3AT apart and sand (1500), and polish (Dremel), most of it. Found some burs and ruff spots which had to be filed on both the trigger block and slide. In and around the aluminum trigger block, pieces of paint had come off the bar and trigger pin. So I just sanded all the paint off those pieces and buffed. Also buffed trigger lightly. Trigger free to flop around now.
Lightly greased and put back together. I am overall happy with taking a little time and effort, in order to have a smoother operating carry weapon. Just need to get to the range now.
