    Hey all,

I hope someone can help me, I installed a +1 extension on my p3at and when I load the mag with 7 rounds I am unable to load the mag in. the top round will not compress enough for the mag to catch,    :'( is this a common problem? I believe  i installed it correctly. any help would be great.

Unless you put the spring in backward when you installed the extension, turning the spring around is a very bad idea.

The upward bend of the last coil of any magazine spring should always be facing the front of the magazine.

It is critical because it puts upward pressure on the front of the follower and prevents nose-dives when feeding.

I had put the spring in backwards, and the result was the mag not going all the way in and catching. I took it apart and now the problem was obvious, so I turned it around and it has worked fine.
