Hi all, My Sub-2000 will be delivered tomorrow and I'd like to order a few 'essentials' from MCarbo. Unfortunately, when I try to order, Provinces are not listed under the 'State' drop-down menu and I can't complete the order. Anyone from Canada ever order successfully? How did you do it?
