Default Preferred Practice and Defense Round?

Another thread discussing the quality issues of WWB 9mm ammo has me asking:

What is your preferred practice round in the PF-9?

What is your preferred defensive round in the PF-9?

I usually practice with Federal 115 fmj too. This stuff is cheaper than .22mag ammo and has never failed to go bang for me. I've tried several JHPs and settled on Speer Gold Dot 124 for carry.

Practice: PMC Bronze FMJ

Defensive: Speer LE 115 grain Gold Dot

Neither one has ever had a hiccup in my carry PF-9.

I buy these on line at Ammo to Go-prices are decent.

Practice - PMC Bronze (used Hornady Steel Match until it was recommended not to use it here...but it never hiccuped with it)
Carry - Hornady Critical Defense

Wally World Federal or Remington UMC (100 round packs) 115gr FMJ's for practice.

Speer Gold Dot 115gr std pressure or Hornady Critical Defense 115gr for defensive carry.
