There's no "Easy" way to decipher the Serial #.
Call Kel-Tec Service and they'll tell you exactly. *And don't worry about saying it's used... *Kel-Tec doesn't really discriminate against "Pre-Owned" products. * 
As long as you have Letters in the first two positions (as yours does) you have the latest model.
