Default TSA approved case for KSG

Anybody know of a hard case that will hold the KSG, but isn't absolutely too big for gun.

Default Hard case for KSG

This is the case that I am considering. The inside foam is fully customizable, so it can be configured for the KSG.

I've been looking at the Vanguard 52C case. It's a breakdown case but it's 30" long and about 1 foot in width. With no divider inside. Approved by the TSA

Plan on a trip to Dad’s in Aug, will report then. Have been tossing in back of jeep out to desert, holds KSG well with thick foam on top and bottom.

Dr. Spark,

Did you cut the foam to fit, or did the weapons make their own impressions in the foam? Your photo shows a very neat/professional installation.

Was tempted to cut the foam a bit but wanted as much between to guns and case just in case it gets crushed, ugggg. The Velcro straps are already setup to hold two rifles but the KSG and two pistols work well for just drop in and carry.

Note did learn a trick however when cutting foam, use freeze spray to firm up the form, then cut when stiff.

Another foam cutting trick: Use an electric carving knife. (the kind with two blades next to each other)

This is what the pros do in their shops...
