Default choke adapter according to Keltec gunsmith

So my wife was down in Cocoa Beach for business. I asked her to swing by Keltec in Cocoa to see if she could get me a shirt and a choke adapter for the KSG. yeah I know they arent out yet. But doesnt hurt to try or ask.

So according to the gunsmith the choke adapter is not made by them and to contact carlson comps. I think there was some miscommunication and he may be confusing the comp with the choke adapter.

Is the choke adapter made by a 3rd party?

No the choke is made in house the muzzle comp is by carlson comps. I have also heard that the accessories department is being put on the back burner to focus on production numbers and work flow.

You can call kel-tec and sometimes get a different answer based on who answers the phone. Kel-tec makes it, I just don't think they're close to selling it yet.

I have a KSG choke adapter in hand. I have a design, but I am swamped with a ton of other projects. Might be looking for somebody willing to do a couple of one-off prototypes.

I've been thinking of trying to make one of my own. I have a lathe but I've never cut threads like the ones needed for this.
