Re: safe to dry fire?
I use snap caps or old brass. I have "dry fired" my rifle, but it's not a habit I want to start. I don't ever plan on my rifle NOT firing for any reason and I'm not gonna give it one.
Ruger .357 sec six (my 1st & favorite pistol)
Rossi .357 m711 (wifes gun)
Ruger 10/22 SS w/syn stock
Kel-Tec SU-16CE w/pistol grip stock (my most fun)
Marlin .444 lever action
Springfield 30-40 krag
1938 Mosin Nagant 91/30 Tula
God Bless the USA!!
If guns are outlawed then I will be an outlaw!!
I know, some will think I'm a nut, but I KNOW I'm nut, gun nut that is!
