Default My new EAA/SAR ARMS B6p Compact

Picked up my recent purchase last night and could not be happier with it.
It is a SAR ARMS (Sarsilmaz) B6p compact. Bought it through Davidson's GOG and paid under $285.00 walking it out my FFL's door. This is a licensed "version" based on the venerable CZ75. SAR ARMS (Sarsilmaz) is a Turkish manufacturer who supplies a very large portion of NATO and have been around since 1880. EAA is the importer and out of Florida like Kel-Tec.

I'll follow up after we visit the range...

I ordered one of those for a customer a few weeks ago and it was a very nice pistol. The only thing I didn't like was the slide was a bit hard to grab to work the slide. I'm just used to having more slide exposed to grab. I liked the hard chromed barrel and the trigger felt great. The gun also felt great in my hand. For the price, those things are a great deal.

I been lookin for a compact 1911 type also. Still want the nostalgic look tho. What holster will match yours? I kinda want a cross draw but haven't seen any that "say" they'll work for a compact. Most jump from 1911 to Glock.

I can honestly say I have never come into contact with a "bad" cz75, clone or otherwise. Good get!

Same here. I had a pair of the old Tangfolios that I bought skeptically and they turned to be absolute gems, esp. at the price I paid.

This one looks interesting -- first time seeing it for me as well.

As Tractiongrips said... it is a little harder to get a hold on with the short(recessed) slide, but that is a CZ75 through and through... Hardshell, this is very much a clone of the Tangfolios Witness Polymer. The slight difference is in mine lacking a adjustable rear sight and a picatinny rail up front.

i own one of these and i have to say it is one of the best shooting pistols i have ever shot. The slide does get easier to rack after running a few hundred rounds though it, so don't let that stop you from taking a chance on this pistol. It has a very easy to handle recoil at even a novice shooter can handle. The only issue I have with it is... I am used to shooting the 5906 S&W and... I miss having the decocking lever and the slide release is alot harder to use/reach than on he 5906... but those are things i can live with.

I recently purchased one of these - it is by far one of the best pistols I have ever had. Feels really nice - great recoil feel and slide action. Took a chance and I trhink it paid off - would sell this one - well - unless someone made me a one time good deal that is.
