Default Diamondback .380 Review on Gunblast

http://www.gunblast.com/Diamondback380.htm

I haven't read it yet, but his reviews are informative, have lots of pictures, and usually a video.

Yeah it looks interesting...there were a few guys here that had them. *I know one of them kinda gave up on it because he had a few Kel Tecs that were flawless, but said the the customer service from DBA was very fast and easy to deal with.

I also heard rumor of a 9mm was in the works. Kinda late for me as I have a 1st gen p-32 and a Pf-9....I'm pretty set. I even wish I hadn't purchased the CZ Rami....the pf-9 carries so much better.

I've never read a review that Jeff Quinn wrote that wasn't praising the gun he was reviewing.

I'm pretty sure I have read a statement from Quinn himself talking about the fact that he (Gunblast) only writes about guns that he doesn't have anything bad to say about.
I'm not saying he is right or wrong, I just find him (Gunblast) entertaining..........and always with a grain of salt.

I like mine, I keep in contact with a few other owners. One did get a lemon and on its 3rd trip back they discovered it was out of spec and replaced it. He said the new one was flawless, but sold it because he had bought another.

You MUST use a higher pressure Buffalo Bore or Magtech Guardian Gold +P type ammo in my experience,

but don't even buy DPX 380 +P, the 4 boxes I just bought won't feed in any single stack 380 I own, tried them in AMT Backup, Walther (German) PPK, NAA Guardian, and DB380. The DPX is ever so slightly longer than the other 380 ammo I have.

Did you happen to see the thread about some bad DPX 380 that got out there. *Apparently Corbon knows there was a problem and is willing to make it right. *Maybe yours is from the same batch. *Might want to give them a call.

No, I guess I missed that thread but THANKS!!!!

That thread describes issue I had the 4 boxes I got from Ammunitiontogo last week not fitting the magazines in all my single stack 380s exactly.

I'll check with them first.

Thank you

I may just take the plunge and pick one of these up. I just got a shipment of 1000 cases from Starline. It is cold out, may as well crank out some rounds on the old reloader.
